Cindy Chase, Senior Vice President – Construction Lending. Cindy has thirty years experience in single-family homes and commercial construction.  From remodeling, to end-user and speculative projects she can help facilitate from the beginning until the project’s completion.

Having built and remodeled several homes she has hands on experience in working with sub-contractors and material suppliers in bringing projects to completion and the issues that arise during the process. In addition she has a real estate license and experience with the mortgage market providing over thirty-five years in various aspects of the real estate industry.

Lloyd Coleman, Vice President  - Construction Lending.  Lloyd worked his way through high school and college on his uncle’s custom home construction crew. He is a licensed structural engineer with years of experience in construction and construction project management.
