specialized equipment used in your business, and leasehold
improvements. We also offer short-term loans for specific
short-term needs like up-front costs on larger than normal
contracts as well as standard business lines of credit.

Property Owner Financial Information
- For self-employed applicants, we need copies of the most recent two years federal income tax returns
with all schedules and current personal financial statement with supporting statements or documentation
for the assets listed
- For salaried applicants, we need copies of the most recent two years federal income tax returns and a
current personal financial statement with supporting statements or documentation for the assets listed
- For corporations and partnerships, we need copies of the most recent two years business federal income
tax returns with all schedules plus a current income statement (P&L) and balance sheet
Small Business Administration(SBA) Loans
SBA loans are available for a variety of purposes. The application process is different
depending on the purpose and type of loan you will need. For information regarding Valley Community

Commercial Real Estate Loans
We can provide financing for the purchase or refinancing of commercial buildings. This includes retail
commercial properties, industrial buildings, warehouses, office buildings, medical buildings and apartment
